2. Free, non-binding enquiries
You may submit a specific PPWR question without charge. Submitting the form is non-binding, is not an order and does not create a paid contract or payment obligation. It does not automatically entitle you to a written assessment or an immediate answer.
Effectory reviews each enquiry individually. It may ask for clarification, explain that additional information or specialist evidence is needed, or decline a request that it cannot reliably address.
3. Proposal and decision to proceed
Where Effectory can assist, it will reply by business email with a proposed scope, fixed price and expected delivery time. The proposal will describe the written response or assessment offered for your specific question. You may accept or decline it. No paid work begins merely because you submitted an enquiry or received a proposal.
4. Price, invoicing and payment
Focused written assistance starts from €149 excl. VAT. The final price depends on the complexity of the individual enquiry, the information available and the work needed. Effectory confirms the fixed fee before you decide whether to proceed. Any applicable VAT will be stated on the invoice.
After you accept a proposal, Effectory arranges invoicing and requests the billing details needed to issue the invoice. Small assignments are generally payable 100% in advance. Unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing, paid work starts after the agreed payment has been received.
5. Written response and delivery
The deliverable is the focused written response or assessment described in the accepted proposal. Depending on the agreed scope, it may explain relevant PPWR provisions, assess the stated issue, identify information gaps, refer to relevant requirements or recommend practical next steps. The expected delivery time is stated in the proposal before you decide to proceed.
The final response is normally delivered by email or as a PDF.
6. Scope and limitations
PPWR Support provides independent commercial assistance. Unless expressly agreed in a written proposal, the service does not include laboratory testing, formal conformity assessment, official certification, an official EU determination or legal representation. A written response is based on the agreed scope and information available; it does not by itself guarantee that packaging or a business activity complies with PPWR or replace the responsibilities of the relevant economic operators.
If Effectory cannot assess an issue reliably from the information available, it may explain the limitation, request further information or decline to proceed before paid work begins.
7. Information supplied by the customer
Please describe the issue accurately and provide information reasonably needed for the agreed work. Do not submit confidential technical documents, special-category personal data, unnecessary personal details about other people or commercially sensitive material through the initial enquiry form. If supporting documents are needed, Effectory can arrange a suitable way to share them after reviewing the enquiry.
8. Individual terms and applicable law
The offer and related written correspondence will explain how to accept the proposal and confirm the agreed scope, fixed price, expected delivery time, invoicing and any other terms specific to the assignment. Any change to the agreed work should be confirmed in writing before the changed work begins. Any specific cancellation or refund arrangements will be set out in the offer or related written correspondence and applied consistently with applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic to the extent legally appropriate. This choice of law does not exclude or override mandatory legal provisions that apply to the customer or the assignment.

PPWR Support is an independent commercial service operated by Effectory s. r. o. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union or its institutions.
